Literature Review: Faktor Risiko Obesitas Pada Remaja Di Indonesia

Obesitas pada remaja yang terus meningkat setiap tahun menjadi masalah kesehatan yang harus dihadapi seluruh negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Obesitas dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan di masa mendatang karena obesitas pada remaja akan memprediksi obesitas saat dewasa. Obesitas menjadi salah satu faktor risiko utama penyakit kronis yang dapat meningkatkan angka mortalitas. Mengatasi masalah ini pada tingkat populasi kritis akan mencegah potensi dampak jangka panjang dari obesitas remaja. Tujuan kajian literatur ini ialah untuk mengetahui faktor risiko obesitas pada remaja di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan literature review dengan sumber data jurnal ilmiah internasional yang terpublikasi di PubMed dengan tema faktor risiko obesitas pada remaja di Indonesia. Kata kunci yang digunakan ialah "adolescent" and "overweight or obesity" and "Indonesia". Berdasarkan pencarian kata kunci tersebut didapatkan 194 artikel dan hanya 6 artikel memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dua artikel tambahan dimasukkan dalam ulasan dari pencarian yang berasal dari database Indonesia, sehingga artikel yang dimasukkan dalam ulasan ini adalah 8 artikel. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil pengkajian ialah faktor risiko obesitas pada remaja di Indonesia meliputi karakteristik remaja, karakteristik keluarga, pola makan, asupan makanan, dan aktivitas fisik.Referensi
